MARKETING STRATEGY FOR HEALTH & SOCIAL IMPACT
You have the evidence; let’s make the case.
I help startups and nonprofits driving systems change get their products, programs, and services funded.
Backed by 20 years of experience navigating highly regulated markets, I partner with you to convince health insurers, government agencies, and employers to invest in keeping people healthy where they live and work.

A different kind of investment case
Your buyers don't buy — they deliberate. Payers, employers, health systems, and public programs decide in committees you'll never sit in, and most of their evaluation happens before anyone contacts you. Your positioning makes the argument in the room you're not in — or it fails to. The evidence is rarely the problem. Your argument is.
Arguments designed to move our world forward.
A $6M Gates Foundation campaign moving global regulators on financial inclusion. A digital care navigation startup’s full go-to-market reset through an $80M raise. A 60-year-old public policy school rebranded. A physician-led national medical group making the case for independent practice.
Systems change is hard; the right arguments matter.
In their words.
How I work
Every engagement starts with the same question: what's standing between you and the growth the evidence says you've earned? Sometimes the answer is a senior voice at the leadership table. Sometimes it's embedded leadership, inside your team. Sometimes it's a single focused project that removes a specific bottleneck.
We find the format that fits the problem — not the other way around.
How I use AI
AI raised the floor on marketing production — I treat that as a launchpad. I build AI-enabled programs for lean teams, and my own practice is the demonstration: machines handle research synthesis, first drafts, and repurposing.
The argument, every verified claim, and anything staked on conviction stay in human hands. For buyers who run on evidence, that's not a philosophy. It's quality control.
